He is ready, are we?

We now have Luc enrolled in our local Presbyterian preschool. He will start in the fall. They have a good program and great hours. There are a lot of schools around here and they all seem to have waiting lists. After a tour of the school we really felt like the curriculum will benefit Luc and they had one opening. We also like the fact that fun is part of the school day. The east bay seems to be so academic driven that at times I wonder if kids are still having fun around here! We moved here equally for Jen's work and for our children’s education. The school system here in San Ramon is top notch and I realize that the emphasis on education has spilled over (or under) to the preschool system. I think he is ready for this next step but are we? It seems like he was in diapers and just starting solid food last week!
