Ella is almost here! Mom and the "Big Brother" are ready! August 3 is the due date. My wife is so beautiful right now. The "glow" is the real deal. Jen has been a trooper, no scratch that a super trooper! Things are going well now.
I love skipping rocks with my buddy. He picks out the flat ones for us. It was a beautiful day in Tahoe. Such an awesome day and proof California is an incredibly diverse place.
Luc and I also got a great 25 mile ride in. We rode from Tahoe City down the west shore bike path to Meeks Bay Resort. It was a bit of ride so I like to stop for Luc every half hour. First stop was my station, Homewood Station 53. A new hat, some nozzle time, and some hugs from my brothers Captain Ray and Fireman Gary.
Then we had lunch at Meeks Bay Resort and headed back north on the west shore to Quail Creek for a creek explore/hike. Luc had a great time playing jungle explorer and getting his feet wet.
