We are home!

We ended up getting home on August 5 after six days at San Ramon Regional Medical Center. We are all so grateful for all of your prayers and support.

The ladies from New Life Church hit a home run with the meals they gave us this week. Thanks to Ruth, Katherine, Lisa, Linda, Sarah, and Beth. You guys should all be on the Food Network. Everyone of you thought about Lucas as well, you are all such a blessing.

I will also tell you that we totally appreciate all of the flowers and cards. They just kept coming! They all brightened up our house and made it feel like home again.

We have been spending the past few weeks getting to know our little Ella. Jen has been on the mend and is so strong. She is making a miraculous recovery and is feeling better everyday. Jen had a great appointment with Dr. Vogel on August 12. Her blood work came back in great shape and seems like everything else is on the mend.

I have also been able to take off some time from work to help Jen out and also get to know my little girl.

Luc has also done a great job of being a big brother.
